Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Season Fillet (1 lb) with Salt (as needed) and Cajun Seasoning (as needed). Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together Butter (4 Tbsp), Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice (1), Garlic (2 cloves), 1/2 Tbsp of Lemon Zest, Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp), and Cajun Seasoning (as needed).

Place Lemon Slice (1) and cod fillets on the baking dish. Top each fillet with about 1 Tbsp of the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is opaque or flakes easily.
