Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Coat the bottom and sides of a deep 8-inch square baking dish with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).

In a large bowl, add Fruit Cocktail in 100% Juice (1 can), Whole Milk (1 1/4 cups), Walnut (1/2 cup), Vanilla Extract (as needed), and Large Eggs (4) and mix together.

Add Un-Iced Mini Cinnamon Rolls (2 pckg) and mix. Let rest for a few minutes to allow the liquid to soak in about 5-7 minutes.

Pour the cinnamon roll mixture into the prepared pan. Bake until golden on top, about 25 minutes.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 cups), Butter (2 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (2 tsp), and Milk (4 Tbsp) until smooth and thick like icing.
