Cook the steak: Set the oven to 350 degrees.

Temper the New York Strip Steak (12 oz) for 30-60 minutes and season with Kosher Salt (2 Tbsp) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp).

In a hot pan, add Olive Oil (1 Tbsp). When oil is hot, add New York strip. Sear the New York strip on all sides.

When each side is browned, add Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup), Fresh Thyme (2 sprigs), and Garlic (2 cloves) to the pan. Butter baste the steak pouring the butter to cover the the steak.

In the pan, place the steak in the oven. Let cook until medium rare, 130 degrees.

Remove from the oven and let rest on a sheet tray with a resting rack.

When steak is rested, slice into ¼” slices.

Cook Mac n Cheese: Turn the oven on the broiler setting.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese (sponsored) (1 box) and Whole Milk (2 cups) and bring to a simmer. Continue cooking until the pasta is al dente.

Whisk in the cheese flavor packet and stir to combine.

Whisk in ¾ of the Shredded Cheese (3/4 cup) and season with Kosher Salt (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Once the cheese has melted, add in the cooked Bacon (1/2 cup) and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into a baking dishand.

Top with remaining Shredded Cheese (4 Tbsp), crushed Potato Chips (1/2 cup), and cubed Butter (2 Tbsp).

Place under the broiler until the butter has melted and the top is crispy.

Finish by topping with the sliced steak and sprinkle of Fresh Chives (2 Tbsp).
