Marinate the Boneless American Lamb Steak (1). On a plate or in a mixing bowl, season the lamb with Kosher Salt (2 tsp) and Cracked Black Pepper (1 tsp). Add Whiskey (2 Tbsp), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), and Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs) to the lamb to marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Toast the Baguette (1). Spread Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp) on the baguette and Garlic (2 cloves). Toast bread on the grill or pan and smash so it lays flat.

Make Chimichurri: Combine Shallot (1) Garlic (1 clove), Fresh Parsley (1 bunch), Fresh Mint (1 bunch), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Red Wine Vinegar (2 Tbsp), Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), Kosher Salt (1 Tbsp) and Granulated Sugar (1 tsp)

Cook the lamb: Place on the grill or in a sauté pan on high heat. Deglaze the sauté pan with additional whiskey.

Remove from heat, let rest, and set aside.

Slice lamb when rested.

Assemble: Start with Little Gems Lettuce (1 head) gems lettuce on the bottom piece of bread.

Next add chimichurri and Shallot (1 cup)

Add sliced lamb.

Top the lamb with more chimichurri and pickled shallots.

Finish with Sea Salt Flakes (1 tsp).
