Cook vegetables: In a mixing bowl, combine Bell Peppers (2), Yellow Onion (1), Garlic (2 cloves), Sour Orange (1), Honey (1 Tbsp), Jalapeño Pepper (1) and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup). Season with Kosher Salt (2 Tbsp).

In a hot pan, sautee until vegetables are tender.

Toast the bread: Cut Cuban Bread (2 pieces) in half and season with Kosher Salt (to taste) and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (to taste).

In a hot pan, toast the bread until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Combine Honey (1 Tbsp), Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp) and spread on both pieces of bread.

Using the hot sauté pan, add Gouda (2 slices) cheese. As it starts to melt, place the top piece of bread on the cheese so it melts to the bread.

Remove from the pan and set aside.

Heat the Boneless Pork Shoulder (2 cups) in a hot sauté pan, heat the pork so it gets crispy. Season with a touch of honey to help caramelize.

Assembly: Place Lettuce (1 head) on the bottom piece of the bread followed by caramelized pork, optionally add Deli Ham (2 slices). Drizzle with Honey (1 Tbsp).

Next, add sauteed vegetables.
