Make miso caramelized onions: In a small pot or microwave, melt Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) mix with hot Water (1 cup) and Miso Paste (1/2 cup).

In a hot non-stick pan, arrange Yellow Onions (2).

Pour miso mixture over the onions and cover. Let the onions cook until tender and caramelized, about 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, most of the liquid should be reduced. If it’s not reduced enough, remove the lid and let the liquid cook down.

Remove from heat and set aside.

Marinate spam: Brush Spam (1 can) with Teriyaki Sauce (4 Tbsp) and set aside.

Make Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp). Combine Miso Paste (1 tsp), Teriyaki Sauce (1 tsp), and mayo. Set aside.

Grill spam and Pineapple (1). Place pineapple and spam on the grill. Pour remaining marinade over the pineapple and spam.

Grill Fresno chilis: Place Red Fresno Chili Pepper (1 bunch) on the grill.

Toast buns: Brush the miso mayonnaise on the Brioche (2) and grill until golden brown.

Assembly: On the bottom bun start with miso onions, then spam, then pineapple, followed by grilled Fresno chilis. Brush the top bun with miso mayonnaise and put it on top.
