Cut the Hoagie Roll (1) in half and lather with Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) and top evenly with the Shredded Iceberg Lettuce (1 cup). Drizzle the Red Wine Vinegar (2 Tbsp) and Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) across the lettuce and season liberally with Kosher Salt (2 tsp). Layer the Deli Beef (5 oz), Deli Turkey (1 cup), Prosciutto (5 oz), Mortadella (5 oz) and Salami (1 cup) onto the lettuce followed by the Provolone Cheese Slices (6 slices) and American Cheese Slices (6 slices). Top with Red Onion (1), Tomato (1) and Hot Cherry Peppers (4 Tbsp). Lather the top half of bread with Mild Mustard (2 Tbsp) and place on top of the sandwich.
