Make the simple syrup: In a small pot over medium heat, combine the Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and Water (1/2 cup). Bring the mixture to a boil then remove from the heat and let cool completely.

Make the strawberries and cream popsicles: In a blender, combine the Fresh Strawberries (3 cups), Milk (1/2 cup), Heavy Cream (1/2 cup), and Simple Syrup (2 Tbsp). Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold or large ice cube tray. Freeze for 3 hours.

Make the coconut popsicles: In a blender, combine the Cream of Coconut (15 oz) and Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups). Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold or large ice cube tray. Freeze for 3 hours.

Make the mango popsicles: Blend the Mangoes (2) until smooth. Pour the blended mangoes into a popsicle mold or large ice cube tray. Drizzle the Chamoy (4 Tbsp) and Chili Powder (4 tsp) into the molds and use a skewer to swirl together. Freeze for 3 hours.
step 4 Make the mango popsicles: Blend the Mangoes (2) until smooth. Pour the blended mangoes into a popsicle mold or large ice cube tray. Drizzle the Chamoy (4 Tbsp) and Chili Powder (4 tsp) into the molds and use a skewer to swirl together. Freeze for 3 hours.
