Pour the Mini Marshmallows (5 2/3 cups) a sheet tray in a single layer and place under the broiler until charred, about 2 minutes.

Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment and grease with nonstick spray.

In a large pot over medium heat, melt the Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) until it begins to brown. Add the Large Marshmallows (6 3/4 cups) and stir until they are completely melted. Remove from the heat and add the Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp) and stir to combine.

Add the Crispy Rice Cereal (7 cups) and Graham Cracker Cereal (1 1/2 cups) and stir until completely coated in the marshmallow mixture. Fold in the Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup), Chocolate (2/3 cup), and broiled marshmallows.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down into an even layer and sprinkle with Sea Salt Flakes (to taste) Let the bars cool completely.
