Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease lightly with nonstick spray.

Place 1 inch of water in a small pot over medium heat. Place a heat safe bowl on top of the pot and add the Dark Chocolate (3/4 cup), Unsalted Butter (1 stick) and Golden Syrup (2 Tbsp). Stirring occasionally, let the chocolate and butter melt completely.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Graham Crackers (4 cups), Peanuts (1 cup), Mini Marshmallows (1/2 cup) and Dried Cranberries (4 Tbsp). Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl and toss to coat completely.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down to form an even layer. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
