step 1
Put the Unsalted Butter (1 cup), Fresh Parsley (1 bunch), Lemon (1), Garlic (2 cloves), Kosher Salt (2 tsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp), and Smoked Paprika (1 tsp) into a food processor and blend until smooth. Brush the Red Snapper Fillets (4) with Olive Oil (as needed) and season with the Creole Seasoning (2 Tbsp). Cook skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crisp, then flip and cook for a further 2-3 minutes depending on thickness, basting with the herb butter.
